Some times a certain kind of food does not complement a particular person’s make up and results in an allergic reaction such as acne. This is the body’s way to signal that the food eaten is creating great toxicity.
Overcooked food can also trigger acne problems because it gets clogged up in the digestive tract producing toxicity. All foods are foreign matter towards the body but some foods are recognized by the body as ‘invaders’, thus the body tries to expel the toxic creating food externally to maintain bodily harmony within.
Here is a list of common allergens that contribute to acne flare-ups are rich dairy products including pasteurized milk, cheeses, goat’s and cow’s milk, margarine, yogurt, cream; wheat products such as biscuits, refined flour; red meat (beef, lamb), spicy food, rice, processed foods, sweets and refined sugars, caffeine, alcohol, eggs, garlic, mushrooms, chocolate, broccoli, pumpkin, corn, gluten, berries, brewer’s yeast, baker’s yeast, pineapple, oysters, spelt, wheat bran and sesame.
Try the old elimination method, narrow down the type of food you are eating and the bodily reaction to such food or else consult a dietitian to do testing to find out your allergenic inclinations. This may be expensive but well worth your money in getting the correct information about your body’s likes and dislikes.
